Agility 3-8pm
Flyball 3-8pm
Puppy 3-4 & 5-6pm
Good Citizen Bronze 7-8pm
Good Citizen Silver 630-730pm
Heelwork to Music 7-8pm (currently full)
Diamond 630-730pm (coming soon)

For any other training requirements that don't fit into these classes we have trainers available on site 3-8pm

The Trent Valley Dog Training Club is based at the John Eastwood Building at the Newark Showground, Drove Lane, Coddington, NG24 2NY.

Many disciplines are taught at the club. The success of the club is due greatly to the Handlers and Trainers, working patiently and sympathetically, within a structured environment, with their Canine Partners. All our trainers and committee work on a voluntary basis.

The aim of the club is to run in accordance with the ideals of the Kennel Club, and it was to this end that the first Good Citizen Dog Training Course was implemented in 2009.  Several members have already passed their Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, and members with puppies have completed their Puppy Foundation Courses.

 Many other disciplines are taught at the club, Obedience, Flyball, Agility and Heelwork to Music. We also have a Rally Obedience course set up for you to try with your dogs.

FEES

Subscriptions are renewed at the beginning of each year. 
One year’s single membership is £38 then £6 per each training session (includes all activities), plus £2 for each extra dog.

Sadly in the past two years we have lost two of our Founder Members.

Gill Simpson in 2022 and more recently, Gill Riley who was the flagship of the training club. Both gone, but never ever forgotten
